Located in Sector 65 of Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon, Trump Tower is a state-of-the-art residential project developed by Tribecca Developers, who are the Indian representatives of The Trump Organization. This project is set to be one of the tallest buildings in Gurgaon, with 2 towers rising over 198 meters in the sky. Trump Tower 2, Sector 69

On April 16th, 2025, Trump Tower 2 was announced. It will be located on the SPR in sector 69. Like the previous project, this one will consist of two skyscraper towers, each with 51 stories. This project will deliver 298 residential homes. The towers will be spread across 1.2 million square feet. and is going to be built by Smartworld. Backed by an investment of ₹ 1,200 Cr*, trump tower 2 is set to deliver a revenue of ₹ 3,500 Cr*. Residences in this project will offer an all-glass façade, double-height living rooms in selected units, private elevators, and floor-to-ceiling windows, with a shared rooftop offering panoramic Aravalli views.
