DLF, the major real estate giant, plans to expand its foothold further in the Indian market with project launches of around ₹58,000 crore amid demand for luxury homes. DLF is planning to expand real estate developments in Mumbai and Gurgaon over the next 2 to 3 years, while targeting bookings of ₹20,000 Cr* in FY27 and expanding its land bank in Gurgaon. DLF has recently had 2 successful launches back-to-back, both of which sold out, marking this developer's strong foothold in the market. The company also expects to launch the second phase of its project, The Westpark, in the December quarter of FY27. It is also preparing a luxury housing launch in Gurugram during the second half of the current financial year, according to management commentary during its second-quarter earnings call on October 17. DLF has been on a roll so far, with these launches expanding their presence in the market of Mumbai as well and capitalising the investor-aggressive market to the fullest. And doing in the festive season also gives the developer an upper edge to the other developers.
