Just a few weeks ago, it was said that Gurgaon’s real estate market has been slowing down and that there is little investment potential right now. But defying all that stands a deal of a lifetime. DLF Dahlias, the same project in which Shikhar Dhawan, a very well-known cricketer, bought a ₹69 Cr* flat, sees an investment of ₹380 Cr* for a total of 4 flats. This deal was done by Rizin Advisory Pvt. Ltd., and although they have not disclosed the buyer's details, they surely gave us some insights about what the buyer was looking for. Creating a buzz in the market, here is what we know about this deal.


The Deal of a Lifetime

This deal is making headlines all over the country, including the real estate rival of Gurgaon, Mumbai. This deal, where the Indian Business Family was looking for an investment in Lutyens’ Delhi, and finally invested in DLF Dahlias. Here, they already have a home in DLF Camellias, and they were looking to move to a bigger space, said the founder of Rizin Advisory. These 4 Flats are going to be a cumulative space of 35000 sqft. And will be connected.


Buzz in the Market

With this record deal and many in the past, including the ₹69 crores by Shikhar Dhawan, and the 190 Crores deal in Camellias, or even the ₹165 Crore deal in Dahlias itself, makes Gurgaon on par with London and Dubai, in terms of per sqft rates, overtaking Lutyens’ Delhi and Mumbai. With Dahlias almost 50% sold out already, DLF is breaking and making records all over, and it is just the beginning. We have seen the property rates go up by 50% ever since its launch, and it marks a great potential for high-end investors.
