The NCR real estate market has always seen 2 options for investment, and that is the Gurgaon real estate market and the Noida real estate market. While both cities have seen rapid urban growth, infrastructure development, and rising property prices over the last decade, Noida is seen as the planned affordable housing market, while Gurgaon dominates the premium housing segment. For homebuyers, investors, NRIs, and HNIs, Gurgaon consistently maintains an edge over Noida. From huge corporate hubs to luxury developments and amazing connectivity, Gurgaon has developed itself as a dynamic real estate market. Let’s understand why Gurgaon continues to outperform Noida in the property market.

The Real estate market of Gurgaon has grown rapidly over the past 5 years, with corridors hitting appreciations of more that 150% at some points. So in conclusion, Gurgaon is for those who are hardcore investors and like to live a premium lifestyle, while Noida is the affordability and comfort champ.
