GURGAON MAKES UP TO 87% OF THE NEW HOUSING UNITS LAUNCHED IN DELHI NCR IN Q3 OF 2025

The Delhi-NCR real estate market has seen the launch of 10245 new housing units in Q3 of the year 2025. This is a 12% increase from the previous quarter, but a decline in new launches by 37% compared to the previous year in the same period. But nonetheless, Gurgaon remains the number one preference for luxury housing projects, with 87% of these new launches taking place in the City of Gurgaon. HOW WILL IT CHANGE THE GURGAON REAL ESTATE MARKET?
As we all know, Gurgaon’s real estate market never stops. There is always some deal or transaction going on, with a new headline in the news on any other day. With these new housing projects in the launch, the market will get hot eventually. As it is the end of Q3, and Q4 will be the quarter where people will be managing their Capital. We can see a spike in the market heating up from the end of February. This will also bring up some price increases in the existing and maybe some newly launched projects as well. Overall, there will be a huge surge of investors for some projects, while some non-popular new developments might still face a slow investor interest.
