DLF is Set on a ₹20,000 Cr* FY27 Launch Pipeline in Gurgaon, Goa, and Mumbai

The Gurgaon-based real estate developer DLF has said that it expects to launch luxury housing projects in Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Goa in FY27 with a potential revenue of ₹20,000 Cr*, according to Aakash Ohri, the Managing Director at DLF. According to him, the luxury villa project in Goa, the Reis Magos, is expected to launch sometime this year. DLF is also preparing to launch Hamilton 2 in the DLF City and another residential project in Gurgaon. And the phase 2 of Westpark in Andheri West, Mumbai. The company also highlighted the strong performance of its super luxury project, DLF Dahlias, which recorded sales bookings of ₹18,569 Cr* within 18 months, with nearly 60% of inventory already sold and apartment prices rising from around ₹60 Cr* to nearly ₹135 Cr*. Speaking with an analyst, the Managing Director of DLF, Mr. Ashok Kumar Tyagi, stated that the sales booking for FY27 is expected to be around ₹20,000 Cr*, with around ₹14,000 Cr* to ₹15,000 Cr* expected from the new launch projects, while the remaining sales are likely to be driven by DLF Dahlias.
