Oberoi Realty Sells Luxury Homes Worth ₹8,109 Cr* from its First Project in Delhi NCR in Gurgaon

Oberoi Realty recently launched its flagship project in Gurgaon Sector 59 by the name of Oberoi Three Sixty North, and this project has done sales of ₹8,109 Cr* in just 1 day. Launched on 29th June, this project offers ultra-luxurious apartments starting at a staggering price of 20 Cr*. This project is said to compete with the likes of DLF Camellias and Magnolias. Coming with amazing 4 and 5 BHK homes with massive sizes of 5600 and 8600 sq ft. In a regulatory report on Sunday, Oberoi Realty has reported that they have recorded a gross booking of ₹8,109 Cr* from their flagship project in Gurgaon. The company has sold 13.52 lakh sq ft. of RERA carpet area in this 14.85-acre project. The company has launched the first phase of this project, comprising 832 units across 6 towers. The first phase was launched at ₹35,000 per sq ft and offered an inaugural discount of ₹1,500 for the first 3 days. The total revenue potential of this project is around ₹16,000 Cr*, including both phases.
