The company has bought 47.71 acres of land in different sectors of Gurugram (Haryana) at a total cost of ₹1,069.31 Cr*. This investment was divided into 3 parts, with 16.16 acres of land in sector 71, with an investment of ₹283.09 Cr*, 25.67 acres in sector 37D with an investment of ₹670.15 Cr*, and 5,94 acres of land in sector 88A with an investment of ₹116.07 Cr*. Sector 71

Located on the SPR, Signature Global Titanium is a luxury segment offered with 3.5 & 4.5 BHK apartment options.
