Signature Global Aims to Enter West Gurgaon with a Farmhouse Villa Project

Signature Global is having a great run of projects in the city of Gurgaon, with projects launching almost every 2 quarters of the year. With their latest project being a collab with Tonino Lamborghini Residences, Signature  Global has gained a lot of attention in the market, and without wasting time for this attention to settle down, this developer planned to make more highlights by announcing their plan for the next project. Signature Global plans to develop a 194-acre farmhouse villa development in Farukhnagar, Gurgaon. This project is going to be a 194-acre development with 6.77 million sq ft of development potential, with a GDV of  ₹6,000 Cr*. This project will be Signature Global's first farmhouse-type development and, so far, the largest project they will launch. The company has acquired a 25-acre plot of land and is already in a collaboration agreement to acquire an additional 169 acres. Designed as an uber-premium, invitation-only residential development, the project will comprise luxury farmhouse villas and is envisioned as a low-density, private enclave focused on space, privacy, and exclusivity. This site is going to be located with easy connectivity to the Western Peripheral Road and the Dwarka Expressway.
