Oberoi Realty set to make its debut in Delhi-NCR with luxury project inspired by Three Sixty West

The project that this firm is going to bring in the second half of this year is also going to be inspired by this ultra-luxury project. Since we don’t know much about what the project they are going to be, let’s know what the project is going to be inspired by.

Three Sixty West by Oberoi Realty

Three Sixty West is an ultra-luxurious project situated in Worli, Mumbai. This sea-facing high-rise project offers apartments that define opulence in a significant way. With its club 360 having all the premium 7-star resort facilities to tight security, and a high-profile lifestyle, this project is for the ones who live to dream. Comprising 2 towers rising way above 250 meters, this project touches the sky, reflecting the success of its residents. Offering 4 & 5 BHK apartments with sizes starting from 5235 sqft. And above it offers ample space.

What to Expect

Since we don’t know much about this upcoming project apart from that it will be inspired by Three Sixty West, we can expect this project to be a lot like DLF Arallias in terms of size and offering of the apartments. We can also expect exclusive penthouses and a luxurious clubhouse with resort-type amenities. It might also include a tight security that we often see in DLF Camellias. Talking about the pricing, we still don’t know what sizes we are going to get and what location we will get, so we are still clueless on that. Overall, we can expect a state-of-the-art project from this development company, considering the project they are going to take inspiration from.
