L&T Bags Contract from Oberoi Realty to Build 7 Residential Towers in Gurgaon

Oberoi Realty, an ultra-luxury real estate developer based in Mumbai, recently announced that it will be launching an Uber Luxury residential project in Sector 58, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon. And now the construction of this opulent project is in the hands of the trusted name of L&T. Larsen and Toubro (L&T) on Thursday said it has bagged a contract from Oberoi Realty for the construction of 7 high-rise residential towers in Gurgaon. The project has been given to the buildings and factories vertical of L&T, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). This vertical has also bagged a contract for many other domestic markets, including construction for a proving ground, from an international company in Haryana. The deal size is not yet disclosed by the company. The company’s building and factories vertical possesses domain knowledge, experience, and expertise in providing EPC solutions across different segments, including hospitals, public spaces, airports, data centres, residential buildings, commercial spaces, and factories.
