DLF to Invest Huge Rs. 40,000 Cr* in Housing and Commercial Plans

DLF, a development company that changed how Gurgaon is now, is a development where everyone wants a house. Continuing the development journey and not holding back, this developer has decided to invest Rs. 40,000 in housing projects. Many of these projects are already in swing, and many of them are yet to be launched. Let’s see the breakdown of how DLF is gonna spend this investment, and on what projects they are going to spend it on.


Breakdown of the Investment

Dividing the investment into two parts, DLF estimates that the existing projects under construction will take Rs. 20,000 Cr* to complete. Most of these residential projects are in Gurgaon, which we will discuss in detail in this blog. The other Rs. 20,000 Cr* is planned to be invested in new commercial projects, mainly in Delhi NCR, Goa, and South India. DLF also plans to expand its rent-yielding commercial assets to 77 million square feet from the current 44 million square feet in the coming year, helping in the fulfillment of its target of reaching 10,000 Cr* in just rental income.

DLF Dahlias


DLF Dahlias

DLF Dahlias is an ultra-luxurious housing project in Phase V, continuing the flower theme of the existing projects of DLF in the same Phase. This projects offer 4&5 BHK lavish apartments and huge 16000 sq. ft Penthouses. With the state-of-the-art design and beautiful location at the banks of the golf course and the Aravalli hills, Dahlias is for the chosen ones.


DLF Arbour


DLF Arbour

Spread across 25 acres of land, DLF Arbour is a premium project located on the Golf Course Extension Road. Spread across 5 high-rise towers, this project offers 4 BHK apartments with 2 apartments per floor, providing a low-density property. Having amazing amenities and views of the Aravallis, this project is one to keep your eyes on.


DLF Privana


DLF Pirvana

Sitting on the bank of SPR Road, DLF Privana is a township project with a land parcel of 116 acres. This project is being launched in segments and is becoming a part of a huge ecosystem, which is being developed by DLF on the SPR road with more than 500 acres of land parcel. This project offers 4 BHK apartments with mesmerizing views of the Aravalli hills. This project is also on the radar of the upcoming Cyber City 2 in the same area, hence being part of a huge ecosystem. Not to mention that DLF Alameda is also in the proximity of this project.


DLF Future Plans

With development in full swing, DLF has very interesting plans, especially for Gurgaon. So far, we know that DLF owns a huge bank of land area on SPR Road, where they are planning to launch their Cyber City 2 project and many other commercial projects as well. They also plan to launch new commercial projects in NCR, Goa, and South India. We don’t have any information on Goa and South India yet, but as we know, DLF will create wonders everywhere they go.


Final Thoughts

The speed at which Gurgaon has been developing is astounding. Who would have thought that a city where there was no skyline in the year 2000 would have one of the best infrastructures in the country? There is no doubt that DLF pioneers this city's development and is still pressing the accelerator further. This huge investment is just another assurance by DLF to make this city one of the best cities in the world, with premium housing to amazing hotels. Not to mention the huge entertainment opportunities that this city holds with the golf course and numerous malls.
