Responsibilities 

  • Lead and supervise a team of ensuring they meet individual and team targets.

  •  Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the team helping them develop their skills and improve performance.

  •  Motivate and fostering a positive, goal-oriented work environment.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, to discuss goals, strategies, and address challenges.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the firm’s overall objectives.

  • Adjust strategies based on market trends competitor analysis, and team performance.

  • Analyze sales data and generate reports for senior management, outlining team performance, sales forecasts, and opportunities.

  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales process and work to resolve them.

  • Address any skill gaps within the team and organize appropriate training or professional development opportunities.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Help organize and participate in open houses, property expos, and client events to promote the brand.

  • Handle escalated client complaints and disputes, ensuring they are resolved quickly and professionally.

  • Oversee the proper documentation of property transactions, contracts, and legal paperwork.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5 years or more of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

  • 2 years or more of leadership experience in managing sales teams or supervising.

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and closing techniques, particularly in real estate.

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) experience, including familiarity with sales tools and technologies.

  •  Organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple sales projects and lead a team effectively.

  • Strong understanding of market trends and property valuation in the real estate industry.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal team meetings and client interactions.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, evaluate team performance, and make strategic adjustments to meet sales goals.   

About the Role

Responsible for managing and coordinating the referral process. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing referrals, ensuring that clients are connected with the right agents or professionals, and maintaining accurate records of all referral agreements.
